*Premonición* represents one of the most important stages in David Bisbal's artistic evolution. Released on October 3, 2006, this third studio album was recorded between 2005 and 2006 and marked a moment of musical maturity for the singer from Almería, who sought to expand his sound beyond the Latin pop that had characterized his earlier work. With this record, Bisbal transitioned from being primarily a performer to becoming actively involved as a songwriter and creative collaborator on much of the repertoire.

During the recording process, Bisbal worked alongside renowned international producers and songwriters—including Kike Santander (one of the most influential figures in Latin music at the time), Daniel Betancourt, Sebastian Krys, Rick Wake, and DJ Jammy. The album blended influences from pop, Latin rock, flamenco, and urban rhythms, featuring notable collaborations such as Tomatito on "Soldado de papel," Vicente Amigo on "Torre de Babel," and the duo Wisin & Yandel on the reggaeton version of the latter track.

The recording was accompanied by an intensive creative process in which Bisbal actively participated in composing several songs. The artist sought to reflect personal experiences and deeper emotions, resulting in a repertoire with more mature lyrics and more elaborate production. Tracks such as "¿Quién me iba a decir?", "Silencio," and the album's title track showcase this artistic evolution. The result was an album that sold over 900,000 copies internationally and achieved multiple platinum certifications, cementing David Bisbal's status as a major figure in Latin music and ushering in a new phase of his artistic career.

Publicado el 3 de octubre de 2006, este tercer álbum de estudio fue grabado entre 2005 y 2006 y marcó un momento de madurez musical para el cantante almeriense, quien buscó ampliar su sonido más allá del pop latino que había caracterizado sus primeros trabajos. En este disco David Bisbal pasó de ser principalmente intérprete a involucrarse activamente como compositor y colaborador creativo en buena parte del repertorio.

Durante el proceso de grabación, Bisbal trabajó junto a reconocidos productores y compositores internacionales, entre ellos Kike Santander, una de las figuras más influyentes de la música latina de la época, Daniel Betancourt, Sebastian Krys, Rick Wake o DJ Jammy. El álbum combinó influencias de pop, rock latino, flamenco y ritmos urbanos, incorporando colaboraciones destacadas como las de Tomatito en Soldado de papel, Vicente Amigo en Torre de Babel y el dúo Wisin & Yandel en la versión reguetón de este último tema.
