Originally released in 2004 on Surco Records, Jardín captures Liquits at the peak of their creative, surreal, and playful spirit. This landmark album in Mexican alternative rock was brilliantly produced by Emmanuel "Meme" del Real (Café Tacvba) and the legendary Tony Peluso, a duo that perfectly captured the whimsical essence of the power trio made up of Ro Velázquez, Edi Kistler, and Teo de María.
The album cemented the band's international success, taking them to major stages such as Festival Vive Latino and South by Southwest (SXSW). It features essential Spanish-language rock anthems like "Desde Que..." and "Chido," along with standout collaborations, including the silky vocals of Natalia Lafourcade on the title track "Jardín," as well as appearances by Joselo and Quique Rangel of Café Tacvba.
The Exclusive Edition features one 140-gram Caribbean Paradise-colored LP housed in a printed jacket, faithfully reproducing the original artwork and featuring newly remastered audio.
